慶祝悟美設(shè)計(jì)簽約上海瀚根酒店HG-01裝修項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)成功。
上海瀚根酒店HG-01項(xiàng)目為上海瀚根酒店管理有限公司自助開發(fā)的酒店品牌第一家店，后續(xù)計(jì)劃開發(fā)上百家連鎖店。此店在上海市嘉定區(qū)江橋鎮(zhèn)海波路1061號(hào)，建筑面積1554平方米，此次設(shè)計(jì)面積1377平方米。
設(shè)計(jì)理念：“自然共生”“文化傳承”“科技賦能”
功能定位：商務(wù)型、長住型、主題網(wǎng)紅型。后期配套咖啡廳和24小時(shí)便利店超市。
功能布局?：1、??核心區(qū)?：客房（占比80%）、大廳兼具接待與電梯廳、咖啡廳為全日營業(yè)，打造特色咖啡兼顧簡餐。??2、景觀區(qū)?：門前庭院、停車。屋頂咖啡花園、觀景平臺(tái)。旁邊風(fēng)光自然、臨近小河。3、?流線設(shè)計(jì)?：劃分賓客流線（私密性）、服務(wù)流線（高效性）、后勤、辦公流線（隱蔽性），避免交叉干擾?。
外觀建筑：入口外觀、門窗重新設(shè)計(jì)，主入口新作鋁板雨棚，擋雨外提升到達(dá)儀式感。提取建筑特征。結(jié)合室內(nèi)，通過現(xiàn)代手法重構(gòu)。室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)融入時(shí)尚藝術(shù)元素，打造賓之如歸意境。
空間設(shè)計(jì)與人性化細(xì)節(jié)?：?客房優(yōu)化?，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房面積15㎡，套房配置獨(dú)立起居空間；優(yōu)化隔音構(gòu)造（雙層中空玻璃、隔音墻體）?。床頭智能控制面板集成燈光、窗簾、空調(diào)，提升操作便利性?。?公共空間營造?，大堂設(shè)置快遞收取、自助入住，吧臺(tái)接待等需求；二樓暗室引入人工綠化景觀。
經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)?：總面積 1377平方米。房間為47間。 客房占比80% ，門前配停車位 及獨(dú)立入口，后期建議業(yè)主提供新能源充電樁 。

The HG-01 project of Shanghai Hangen Hotel is the first hotel brand self developed by Shanghai Hangen Hotel Management Co., Ltd., with plans to develop hundreds of chain stores in the future. This store is located at 1061 Haibo Road, Jiangqiao Town, Jiading District, Shanghai, with a building area of 1554 square meters and a design area of 1377 square meters.
Design Philosophy: "Natural Coexistence", "Cultural Inheritance", "Technological Empowerment"
Functional positioning: Business oriented, long-term resident, themed internet celebrity. Later supporting coffee shops and 24-hour convenience stores and supermarkets.
Functional layout: 1. Core area: guest rooms (accounting for 80%), lobby with reception and elevator hall, coffee shop open all day, creating specialty coffee and light meals. 2. Landscape area: Front courtyard, parking. Roof coffee garden, viewing platform. Surrounded by natural scenery and close to a small river. 3. Streamline design: Divide guest flow lines (privacy), service flow lines (efficiency), logistics, and office flow lines (concealment) to avoid cross interference.
Exterior architecture: The entrance appearance, doors and windows have been redesigned, and a new aluminum canopy has been added to the main entrance to enhance the sense of ceremony and provide rain protection. Extract architectural features. Combining indoor elements and reconstructing through modern techniques. Incorporating fashionable artistic elements into interior design, creating a sense of returning to the guest like atmosphere.
Space design and humanized details: room optimization, standard room area of 15 square meters, suite configuration with independent living space; Optimize the sound insulation structure (double-layer insulated glass, sound insulation wall). The intelligent control panel at the bedside integrates lighting, curtains, and air conditioning to enhance operational convenience. Creating public spaces, setting up express delivery collection, self-service check-in, bar reception and other needs in the lobby; The second floor darkroom introduces artificial green landscape.
Economic and technical indicators: total area of 1377 square meters. There are 47 rooms. 80% of the rooms are occupied, with parking spaces and independent entrances in front of the door. It is recommended that the owner provide new energy charging stations in the future.
