概述：本案別墅為二次裝修改造。共三層：一層為客餐廳、廚房、客衛(wèi)、老人房；二樓為三間套房，一間書房，一間起居室；三層為閣樓，安排一間套房，其他開放式布局，有茶室、健身、儲(chǔ)藏等功能。與業(yè)主多次溝通后，確定裝修風(fēng)格為新中式風(fēng)格。

風(fēng)格：新中式風(fēng)格的別墅設(shè)計(jì)是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化與現(xiàn)代生活需求相結(jié)合的表達(dá)。雖然當(dāng)前設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格很多，但是仍有許多人對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的中國(guó)元素的喜愛，但是照搬傳統(tǒng)會(huì)讓設(shè)計(jì)略顯古板、沉悶，所以為了適應(yīng)當(dāng)前人對(duì)于現(xiàn)代生活的實(shí)際需求，結(jié)合古典文化，就創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)出新中式風(fēng)格的裝修。

理念：萬(wàn)變不離其宗,任何一種風(fēng)格演繹都有其特定的文化背景作為支撐,以此來(lái)傳遞特定文化氛圍。本案的新中式便是以中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)古典文化作為背景，應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代的材質(zhì)、燈光，以業(yè)主的實(shí)際需求規(guī)劃功能布局，營(yíng)造出極富中國(guó)風(fēng)的現(xiàn)代生活空間。

風(fēng)水：新中式風(fēng)格講究綱常,講究對(duì)稱,以陰陽(yáng)平衡概念調(diào)和室內(nèi)生態(tài)。運(yùn)用五行的“金、木、水、火、土”。通過對(duì)布局、材質(zhì)、擺件等要素，綜合考慮家居的風(fēng)水，創(chuàng)造一個(gè)和諧、有利于居住者健康和財(cái)運(yùn)的生活環(huán)境。

There are three floors in total: the first floor is the dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and elderly room; The second floor consists of three suites, one study and one living room; The third floor is an attic, with one suite arranged. Other open layouts include a tea room, fitness, storage, and other functions. After multiple communications with the owner, it was determined that the decoration style is the new Chinese style.

Style: The villa design in the new Chinese style is an expression of the combination of traditional Chinese culture and modern living needs. Although there are many current design styles, there are still many people who love traditional Chinese elements. However, copying tradition can make the design appear somewhat rigid and dull. Therefore, in order to meet the actual needs of modern life for people, combined with classical culture, innovative designs of new Chinese style decoration are created.

Concept: All changes are inseparable from their roots, and any style of interpretation is supported by its specific cultural background to convey a specific cultural atmosphere. The new Chinese style in this case is based on traditional Chinese classical culture, using modern materials and lighting, and planning functional layout according to the actual needs of the owner, creating a modern living space rich in Chinese style.

Feng Shui: The new Chinese style emphasizes principles and symmetry, using the concept of yin-yang balance to harmonize indoor ecology. Using the Five Elements of "metal, wood, water, fire, and earth". By taking into account elements such as layout, materials, and decorations, and taking into account the feng shui of the home, we aim to create a harmonious and beneficial living environment for the health and financial well-being of residents.
