空間重組

采用開放式布局，拆除非承重墻實現(xiàn)客餐廳一體化，通過陽臺并入客廳延伸視覺縱深感，同時保留疊墅特有的垂直分區(qū)優(yōu)勢。

 

材質(zhì)選擇

主材以原木、白色烤漆板、灰色石材為主，墻面采用微水泥實現(xiàn)無縫效果，局部搭配金屬線條提升精致度。

 

分層功能規(guī)劃

下層（活動區(qū)）

布局書房、活動區(qū)、茶室、健身區(qū)及獨立洗衣房等功能

中層（公共區(qū)）

客廳、餐廳及景觀庭院，廚房采用雙邊平行布局

Space reorganization

Adopting an open layout, the non load bearing walls are removed to achieve the integration of the dining room and the guest room. The balcony is integrated into the living room to extend the visual depth, while retaining the unique vertical zoning advantage of the stacked villa.
