本項目的設(shè)計理念以傳統(tǒng)東方美學(xué)為根基,融合現(xiàn)代生活需求與審美趨勢,形成了以下核心特征:

一、哲學(xué)內(nèi)核:天人合一的空間邏輯

?自然共生?:遵循“雖由人作,宛自天開”的造境哲學(xué),通過借景、框景等手法實現(xiàn)室內(nèi)外空間滲透。

?動靜平衡?:利用屏風(fēng)、游廊等設(shè)計劃分功能區(qū)域,兼顧私密性與開放性,再現(xiàn)“猶抱琵琶半遮面”的東方意境。

The design concept of this project is based on traditional Eastern aesthetics, integrating modern life needs and aesthetic trends, and forming the following core features:

1、 Philosophical Core: The Spatial Logic of the Unity of Heaven and Man

Natural Coexistence: Following the philosophy of "although created by humans, it is like opening from heaven", indoor and outdoor space infiltration is achieved through techniques such as borrowing scenery and framing scenery.

Dynamic and Static Balance: Using screens, corridors, and other designs to divide functional areas, balancing privacy and openness, and reproducing the Eastern artistic conception of "holding a pipa and half covering the face".

2、 Design Language: Modern Translation of Traditional Symbols

Material innovation:

Villa 29 retains natural material textures such as wood and stone in its design, but uses modern craftsmanship to replace traditional wooden structures.

Introducing modern materials such as glass and stainless steel to create a dialogue between old and new materials.
